Do you offer any guarantee on your products ?
Yes, we offer 30 days money back guarantee (less S&H) if a manufacturer's defect is found or we will exchange free any defective or malfunctioning parts to ensure your cigarette will function properly. However there are no refunds for e-Liquid or cartridges since these are not mechanical parts.

Do you share the customer's info and email address with an other party and how safe should a customer feel entering a credit card information ?
We do not sell, share or exchange our customers information or email address with anyone else. We strongly believe in a person's privacy and we do all we can to protect all the information we receive. Further more, when you place an order, you are filling up all your info on a secured  eProcessing Network Payment Gateway software on a secure, real-time basis using the latest, most sophisticated digital encryption to transmit information and direct communication lines that are used to obtain real-time authorizations, ensuring the accuracy and validity of each transaction. Address Verification and Card Verification Value (CVV2) Services are performed to reduce the chance of fraud and charge-backs.
 

If I signup for a subscription, are there any other fees I will encounter when the products are shipped to my home ?
The only "fee" that will be added to the total invoice amount is the S & H.
 

Do you offer any warranty ?
Yes. we warranty our products for 30 days. However, if you mishandle, drop or damage them in any way, we cannot cover them. Handled the right way, our products should last for many months.
 

Are there any special instructions that I need to follow ?
Yes, please make sure you are reading the manual and follow exactly all the instruction in order for your electronic cigarette and its accessories to last a long time. When vaping please make sure you are pushing the manual button on the cigarette for no longer then 5 seconds. Holding down this button for a longer time, will overheat and ruin the atomiser and will not be covered by our warranty.

At all times, please make sure when smoking your atomiser stays moist and never gets dry, for this will shorten its life. When the e-liquid flavor starts to fade, it is time to add more e-juice (e-liquid) or charge the battery.
