What is an Electronic Cigarette?

The electronic cigarettes was developed by Hon Lik, a Beijing based company producing electronics in Ruyan.
Ruyan sold its first electronic cigarette in spring of 2004. Since the introduction of the first electronic cigarette, countless companies have developed their own versions of this smoking device.
